"The idea to work for the LORD through ministry, was not an idea which came to me through happenstance. I truly believe that I had a divine encounter with God Almighty, the Creator of all things. Although at the time when it happened I was not sure what was taking place. It occurred one day when my family and I were deep in discussion on the topic, "the sign of the second coming of Jesus Christ". The best way in which I could describe this experience, would be seen in the following testimony. In the midst of our talk, I suddenly felt a strong jolt within my body. It was as though a violent eruption was exploding within me and I started to shake intensely. My lips began to clatter and words could not have escaped the roof of my mouth. Throughout the entire phenomenon I remained aware of my surroundings, but my family looked at me with a measure of dismay. It was at this time my wife suggested, to lift up a word of prayer unto the LORD. This continued for no less than five minutes, until it gradually began to dissipate and even after reaching to a complete halt externally, I still felt an incessant shivering inside. A similar experience repeated itself within me a few months afterwards. Again it took place while in discussion with my family on the topic of eschatology or "Last Day Events". However, only this time under slightly different circumstances, being in the presence of other witnesses. On another occasion, while I sat within the confinement of my living room during my daily study of God's word, a small brown dove came from outside and lighted on my right hand. I actually felt his feathery wings for probably ten seconds or so, until he flew off and landed on one of the ventilation blocks and remained there for awhile until finally taking flight. I am quite certain, that we would all agree, that under normal circumstances, a small bird of this nature would be naturally overwhelmed with trepidation and fear, coming into the presence of people. And finally the LORD confirmed His calling upon my life, when on one Sabbath afternoon while I was taking a rest, I had a dream, where I saw myself teaching the congregation, the events relating to the soon return of Jesus Christ from the 1843 and 1850 Habakkuk's charts." Yes my friends, I know for a fact, that the idea for me to enter into ministry, was a Divine calling from the LORD, to go tell His people, that He is coming soon. I thank God for all of you who have read this testimony, and as thus, I hereby solicit your prayers that I would humbly remain faithful to God's calling.

Foundational Message of Adventism

The Scrolls

  • THE 1843 CHART A PROPHECY OF THE BIBLE

The Foundational Messages Of Adventism were lithographed on 300 Charts known as the Habakkuk’s Tables. As early as 1842 the direction given in this prophecy to "write the Vision, and make it plain upon Tables, that he may run that readeth it," had suggested to Charles Fitch the preparation of a Prophetic Chart to illustrate the Visions of Daniel and the Revelation. The publication of this Chart was regarded as a fulfillment of the command given by Habakkuk." "And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the Vision, and make it plain upon Tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the Vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry." (Habakkuk 2:2-3). The 1843 Chart is a "chronological representation, illustrating the Visions of Daniel and John The Revelator published by Joshua V. Himes. As we have been told from the pen of inspiration, in the end it shall speak, and not lie and so the dream of Nebuchadnezzar King Of Babylon found in Daniel chapter 2 is clearly representing the kingdoms which ruled the world. Illustrated by the image of a man standing with his hand folded, and the ten toes of the image representing the divisions of Rome into ten kingdoms at the end of the world. This imagery is also depicted in Daniel chapter 7 by the lion-like beast with two wings symbolizing the Kingdom Of Babylon. The Bear which raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it represents the Kingdom Of The Medes And The Persians. The next kingdom under consideration was the leopard-like beast with four wings representing the Kingdom Of Greece and finally we have the non-descript beast which represents the Kingdom Of Rome, and out of the fourth beast cometh a little horn representing the Image Of The Papacy. Then we have Daniel chapter 8 which spoke to the military conflict between the Kingdom Of Medes And Persia and the Kingdom Of Greece. The conqueror is greater than the conquered. The ram, represents the Kingdom of Medes and Persia, became great; the he-goat, symbolizes Greece, however became very great, and one nation became superior over the other. The Visions of John the Revelator are also clearly depicted in the representation of the Dragon-Like Beast with ten horns and ten crowns upon his head, it also spoke of the Leopard-Like Beast with ten horns and ten crowns upon his head. Islam in Bible prophecy is also a subject of keen interest here, and has its applicable import at the end of the world. Then we have the angels flying in the midst of heaven taking the final judgment hour message to the world, is surely the special work to be accomplished in the last days. Finally we have the work of Christ Final Atonement in the Sanctuary. The Messiah dying on the cross is the central theme on each Chart. In the backbone of each Chart is a centrally located historical date column. These columns each present, overall, a time period of 2,520 years (from 723 BC to 1798 AD and 677 BC to 1843/1844 AD) respectively. As we have been told from the pen of inspiration, the 1843 Chart was directed by the hand of the LORD, and that it should not be altered; that the figures were as he wanted them; that his hand was over and hid a mistake in some of the figures, so that none could see it, until his hand was removed. The figures consisting of the commencement of the chain of truth and the great Prophetic Periods, all speak to the story of the complicated play of human events and will not lie: though it tarry, wait for it…

  • THE 1850 CHART A PROPHECY OF THE BIBLE

The Foundational Messages Of Adventism were lithographed on 300 Charts known as the Habakkuk’s Tables. The Messenger Of The LORD, Ellen G. White penned the following words found in, (Manuscript Releases Volume Thirteen Numbers 1,000-1,080 – page 359) "I saw that God was in the publishment of the Chart by Brother Nichols. I saw that there was a prophecy of this Chart in the Bible, and if this Chart is designed for God’s people, if it [is] sufficient for one it is for another, and if one needed a new Chart painted on a larger scale, all need it just as much." (Manuscript Releases Volume Sixteen Numbers 1,186-1,235) "On our return to Brother Otis Nichols’, The LORD gave me a Vision and showed me that the truth must be made plain upon Tables, and it would cause many to decide for the truth by the Three Angels’ Messages, with the two former being made plain upon Tables." The 1850 Chart is "a pictorial illustration depicting the Visions of Daniel and John published by Otis Nichols. On the 1850 Chart, or Table according to Habakkuk’s prophecy, there is an additional mention of "The Sanctuary And Its Cleansing", The Image Of The Papacy and the date 1843 – which appeared six times ("in some of the figures") on the 1843 Chart and was corrected to 1844 on the 1850 Chart. So according to the evidence we have here, "the first of the Prophetic Periods, considered as main pillars of Adventism was the 2,520 year prophecy and "the second of the Prophetic Periods, was the 2,300 year prophecy. Also on the Charts we noticed, what are considered "the commencement of the chain of truth", which in other words are the starting points of the great Prophetic Periods such as, 677 B.C. of the 2,520 years prophetic period, 457 B.C. of the 2,300 years prophetic period, 606 B.C. of the 2,450 years prophetic period, 508 A.D. of the 1,290 & 1,335 years Prophetic Periods, and 538 A.D. of the 1,260 years prophetic period and so forth. The importance of these Prophetic Periods was explained in, (Early Writings – My First Vision page 236) "Jesus and all the heavenly host looked with sympathy and love upon those who had with sweet expectation longed to see Him whom their souls loved. Angels were hovering around them, to sustain them in the hour of their trial. Those who had neglected to receive the heavenly message were left in darkness, and God’s anger was kindled against them, because they would not receive the light which he had sent them from heaven. Those faithful, disappointed ones, who could not understand why their LORD did not come, were not left in darkness. Again they were led to their Bibles to search the Prophetic Periods. The hand of the LORD was removed from the figures, and the mistake was explained. They saw that the Prophetic Periods reached to 1844, and that the same evidence which they had presented to show that the Prophetic Periods closed in 1843, proved that they would terminate in 1844. Light from The Word Of God shone upon their position, and they discovered a tarrying time—"Though it [the Vision] tarry, wait for it." In their love for Christ’s immediate coming, they had overlooked the tarrying of the Vision, which was calculated to manifest the true waiting ones. Again they had a point of time. Yet I saw that many of them could not rise above their severe disappointment to possess that degree of zeal and energy which had marked their faith in 1843." Finally we have the work of Christ Final Atonement in the Sanctuary. In the backbone of each Chart is a centrally located historical date column. These columns each present, overall, a time period of 2,520 years (from 677 BC to 1843/1844 AD). Where Christ dying on the cross is the central figure on each Chart.
